Close on Time Guarantee

To be eligible for this guarantee you must apply for a purchase loan through ApprovedMortgageOnline.com and provide your closing date to your loan representative in writing at least 30 days in advance. You must provide us with the dated letter in which you notified your loan officer of your closing date. This guarantee does not apply if the delay in closing is due to a third party vendor you have contracted. In addition, you must complete and return the application packet within 2 business days and provide any additional documentation within 2 business days of our request. To receive the $250, you must close your loan with Approved Mortgage.
